Great news people! We’ve had an awesome response to the initial announce of Diesel’s ‘Pieces Of Americana’ tour that is serving as an introduction to his upcoming album by the same name to be released mid 2016.

These dates will see Diesel heading to regional areas of the country in SOLO mode giving fans the opportunity to hear the tracks raw the way he first approached them but with the added experience of having just recorded “Americana”

The story behind this upcoming album……

There’s a concept brewing over at Diesel HQ … an album on which Mark Lizotte, known far and wide as Diesel, will pause to look back on the path that led him to today.

And appropriately, for an artist born in America and raised in Australia, the concept is: Americana. Diesel will be paying tribute to the artists that influenced his own musical stew on a new album – and on tour – by putting his unique stamp on some classic songs.

“It’s such a broad term, Americana – it means different things to different people,” Diesel says. “From moving out here from America, then moving back and forth again … I wonder if I would have as much fascination and love for American music if I had just stayed in America all my life and never made it out to Australia? It’s safe to say I probably wouldn’t.”

The music may be American, but Diesel will approach it the only way he knows how … “It’s very Australian what I’m doing,” he says.

So now, a quarter-century after he busted out of the garage and into the Australian psyche with Don’t Need Love and Soul Revival, it’s time for fans to hear the songs that made the man.

Parkway Drive "All Aussie Adventure” Tour with special guests Make Them Suffer.

Parkway Drive gave fans the chance to name their Australian East Coast Regional tour, so why the fans? Winston says, "Honestly, we we're just kind of stuck for names. We could have called it anything, but we figured if that was the case we may as well let our fans throw some names at us."

After sifting through hundreds of entries and hours of deliberating, the guys hand picked All Aussie Adventure Tour by Justin Fimmel as the winner. "We had so many great entries. Many hours of laughs, which was what we were hoping for. We ended up going with "All Aussie Adventure" because it fit the tour for all the bands playing, Parkway, Make Them Suffer and the local bands at every stop. Plus we all love Russell Coight so that gave the entry the winning edge." says Winston

The All Aussie Adventure Tour kicks off on Wednesday 15 June starting in Cairns and makes its way down the East Coast hitting towns such as Townsville, Toowoomba, Sunshine Coast through to Bateau Bay, Wollongong, Albury and towns in between wrapping up the tour on Sunday 3 July at Chelsea Heights Hotel!!

Winston says the band can't wait to get back on the road and revisit all the places they haven't seen in a long time. "The last time we did a regional run was over three years ago I think, which is far too long. We're stoked to be finally coming back to these towns that we haven't seen in so long. We have amazing memories of many, many, many wild shows, plus its always great to see how things have grown and changed with time and see the local musical talent that has sprung up since we've been away."

Chocolate Starfish, one of Australia’s most successful bands of the 1990s is back and sharing the stage with iconic rock singer Swanee & the hottest young rock band in the country Place of the King.

Chocolate Starfish released 2 albums in the 90’s both smashing into the ARIA Top 10 and received gold and platinum sales awards. The band was also responsible for six Top 50 singles including the smash hits “You’re so vain” and “Mountain” (both ARIA Gold singles). Starfish was Australia’s hardest working band in the ‘90s playing more than 700 gigs between 1993 and 1997, once doing 22 nights in a row.

In 1979 Swanee released the album "Into The Night". His first commercial hit was in 1981 with his version of "If I Were A Carpenter" from the album "This Time Is Different" which featured two other hits, "Temporary Heartache" and "Lady What's Your Name". In 1987 he joined the "Party Boys" as lead singer where he had more hits with "He's Gonna Step on You Again" and then "Hold Your Head Up". Swanee is a true Australian rock icon who continues to tour national to this day.

Many doomsayers are writing rock’s obituary but if you think rock is dead, just check out Palace Of The King. The ‘freight train’ metaphor may be overused and stale. But you’d be hard-pressed to find one that is better suited to a band that has played more than 300 shows all around Australia, Europe and America and released a mountain of music at such a prolific rate, all within three years of striking their first chord together. "The Sydney morning herald named them one of the top ten Australian bands you should be listening to in 2015". As a special bonus Palace of the King will also be backing Swanee at these shows. This young band is the real deal!

IT DOESN'T GET MUCH MORE ROCK N ROLL THAN THIS - THE ANGELS ANNOUNCE 2016 HARDWIRED TOUR WITH SPECIAL GUESTS MI-SEX

Iconic Aussie rock group The Angels are bringing the best of rock n roll to audiences in 2016 with their highly anticipated Hardwired tour, featuring special guest MI- SEX. For fans of great rock, The Angels and MI- SEX definitely need no introduction, they have been a pivotal part of the Australian and New Zealand music scenes for decades.

Neither band;are ones to rest on their laurels both are powering out on the live circuit with new music proving that great rock music is timeless and nows no bounds.

With Dave Gleeson at the helm, The Angels have once again cemented themselves as legends on the Aussie music scene. With new songs and their classic back catalogue of tracks such as Am I Ever Gonna See Your Face Again, Take A Long Line, No Secrets, Marseilles, Dogs. Are Talking and Shadowboxer to name a few, they are revered for their live shows and have already secured a packed schedule for 2016 kicking off with a festival run on the Red Hot Summer Tour and then heading into the studio to record a new album.

MI- SEX provided a soundtrack to the early 1980s with their hit Computer Games. It was an international hit, not only reaching #1 on the Australian charts in 1979 but peaking Top 10 in Canada, France, Austria, Italy, West Germany and South Africa, and of course, their home country o New Zealand. When leadsinger Steve Gilpin passed away in 1992, MI- SEX took an indefinite hiatus. However, you can't keep goodmusic quiet and when Steve Balbi [Noiseworks] stepped up to the plate for the Christchurch Quake Relief Concert, the band noticed something special happening. It reignited their passion for live performance and set in motion a burst of creativity which will see the band head into the studio to record their forthcoming 2016 release of all new material.

For The Angels, when it came to hitting the road for their next tour in 2016, it made sense to take some friends out on the road and MI- SEX were a natural choice. "MI- SEX and The Angels have a long history,"
